Yes. We offer elevator parts for replacement after 18 montns at the price of parts cost. If you are under 18 montns warranty period (Except Force Majeure, I.E. Natural Disaster, War, Manual Damage), we will send free parts for replacement.

Our standard manufacture time is 15-25 days after receiving the deposit. As for non-standard design, We will inform you according to real manufacture situation. In all cases we will try to meet your needs.
